Closed program

Public Benefit Program for 25,000 individuals in Municipalities, Regions, Centers for Social Welfare of Regions (K.K.P.P.)/related entities, Ministry Services, and other organizations.

Purpose

The action aims to strengthen/promote employment for unemployed individuals, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups facing a high risk of exclusion (such as long-term unemployed individuals and unemployed individuals with low qualifications). These individuals are required to first work in a "protected environment" in order to integrate into the labor market and avoid marginalization, while maintaining their employability. At the same time, the training program will be linked to the upgrading of knowledge and skills, so that participants are supported during their integration into the labor market, ultimately having a multiplying effect on the economy.

The action aims to:

a) Reconnect long-term unemployed individuals and vulnerable groups to the labor market,

b) Upgrade the skills of the unemployed,

c) Address social needs, and

d) Link the productive capabilities of the unemployed with the needs of the local community.
