Public-benefit program for 2,260 individuals in the Services of the Ministries Y.P.E.N. & Y.P.Y.T.

Closed program

Promotion of employment through public-benefit programs for 2,260 individuals in the Services of the Ministry of Environment and Energy (Y.P.E.N.) -  Ministry of Migration and Asylum (Y.P.Y.T.).

Purpose

The action aims to strengthen/promote employment for unemployed individuals, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups facing a high risk of exclusion (such as long-term unemployed individuals, and unemployed people with low qualifications). It is necessary for them to first work in a "protected environment" in order to integrate into the labor market and avoid marginalization, while maintaining their employability to achieve the goal of their integration/reintegration into the labor market. At the same time, training programs will be linked to the upgrading of knowledge and skills based on the real, individualized needs of the unemployed, so that participants are supported during the integration process into the labor market, ultimately having a multiplying effect on the economy.

The action aims to:

a) Reconnect long-term unemployed individuals and vulnerable groups to the labor market,

b) Upgrade the skills of the unemployed,

c) Address social needs, and

d) Link the productive capabilities of the unemployed with the needs of the local community.
