Personal data

When you access the webpage (www.dypa.gov.gr) some of your personal data must be transmitted to us.

These will be used exclusively to manage access to your account and to process your requests. As an organization we have adopted all necessary measures in order to protect these data from accidental or deliberate third-party access. Processing your data in any way is only allowed to persons authorized by us, our employees and partners exclusively for the purposes arising from our lawful obligations. We are obliged to share or disclose your Data when you have expressly requested it or when it is required by law, as in the case of a relevant request by tax, judicial or other State Authorities or for the realization of purposes for which you have signed up to the organization. These data will be kept in our database for at least 10 years, in order to comply with tax legislation and for statistical reasons.

Regarding personal data, we inform you that you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data:  The right to know whether your data are being processed, how and for what purpose. 
• The right of correction of your data: The right to ask for the correction of your personal data if they are inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right of deletion of your data:  The right to ask for the deletion or removal of your personal data, under certain circumstances and after the aforementioned 10-year period has passed.

You may file complaints about incorrect use of your data with the Data Protection Authority ( www.dpa.gr ).  Before submitting the complaint, you must contact the controller, exercising e. g. the rights provided for in art. 15 to 22 GDPR, where they are applied. 

Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of DYPA about any issue regarding the processing of your personal data and to exercise your rights. If the matter is not resolved, you may file a complaint with the Authority.
